The final trials of our new grain free mug bread mix are finished, after eating many modified versions of this mix. We now have a complete mix that makes 2 servings with only 1/4 cup of water added to the mix.  Now that the formula has been tweaked, we can experiment with different uses for the bread mix and some add-in recipes.

Aside from the health benefits that go along with eating grain free bread, a second benefit to note is a little bread goes a long way to make you feel full. This means, instead of needing a double decker burger and full-size empty carb bun to fill the hunger gap, a simple little slider burger can do the job and allow for some extra carbs and calories to enjoy some healthy side dishes.

We are both passionate gardeners of fast and easy growing using small spaces and preparing quick and easy snacks and meals.

Eating on the go doesn't mean you can't eat healthy and mindful. This is one of our favorite topics and led us to become hyper creative in the kitchen.
